Some of the smartest and most successful people in our society thought it would be brilliant to get the entire next generation hooked on addictive digital drugs.
This isn't even hyperbole, as I'm actually personally familiar with the fact that they literally framed it that way in board rooms.
Drama aside, I'm very glad to hear that he is choosing to take care of his personal health. I think that a lot of things can be improved if more people make that decision for themselves.
It's also very good to hear that he's passing things on to someone else he believes can do things correctly, rather than just selling out. It's always possible that it's all just spin, or he's simply wrong about the guy he thinks can take over, but I'll be interested to see where the site goes in the future.

[AI] has nfi what its doing
This is really the perfect case study for how difficult it is to reach normies. Literally everyone has been telling people that AI doesn't think anything since the very first day it became available. There are no popular theories about AI actually thinking. And STILL there are plenty of people who attempt to interact with it as though it thinks.
There are real reasons these ideas exist, but barely anyone who gets involved with them approaches it with any skepticism at all, or even the understanding that you've actually got to dig and learn if you want to understand why the practices developed, and how they actually work.
