This was part of a special session bill to distribute funds before they went back to the feds, if I recall correctly. The real big 'ban' is coming with the new regular session in January.

The area he was mayor of is sort of middle class, but it is immediately adjacent to an old money area of town (Village vs Nichols Hills). 'Gay marriage' is still illegal on the books, and when the SCOTUS overturns it (like Roe) and sends it back to the states, we will ban that just like we did abortion. Maybe they'll all move to California.

I watched this last night. Full of archetypes and very solid attempt to be historically accurate, big nods to Conan and Macbeth. Dark and bloody, doesn't pull punches....I enjoyed it.

If it was woke anywhere I missed it, and I have radar for that.

Oh, theater was full...

They hated King Arthur, Legend of the Sword too. U thought it was great film making and was pleasantly surprised. Guy Ritchie and Charlie Hunnum should make more movies together.

Going to see this tonight, I have low expectations so maybe I will get lucky.

If you don't have an app in the app store, but instead direct people to your web page, you can bypass the app store based tracking and compliance issues. Gab does not have an 'app' for this reason.

Gab claims to have their own servers (the actual physical hardware) which would bypass AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc. After all, the 'cloud' is just server space you're renting from someone else (in a general sense). Gab is running a Mastadon fork on their own hardware.
