That’s the plan: create a sea of alternatives so that no critical mass can be achieved of like minded individuals. And if it does, shut it down or buy it out.

However that has included things like JTACs communicating with aircraft for air strikes, etc..

The Chinese got embarrassed last summer against India during their border spat.

Cars are too heavy and go too fast still. Need to ride a bike. Or better yet just live in a pod, eat bugs, and walk in the city like good person.

That’s pretty much been the entire GOP for the last 40 years other than Gingrich and Trump. They actually managed to get something’s other than tax cuts done.

Two factors at play. One is they have a demographic bomb. Like many western nations they have an inverse pyramid with far too many old people vs young.

Two is that they are planning to go to war on a global scale to replace the US as the global superpower and will need the manpower. They are likely to lose a lot lives initially as they lack the combined arms experience in warfare.

Had to take my father out in St Louis county to get his medication refills and grocery run. City of Chesterfield said they won’t enforce the county mask mandate. Saw four St. Louis county public health cars out and about to enforce it. Shame Chesterfield city police weren’t they tailing them and blocking them from any private property.

The best that could be hoped for is that the election in AZ was decertified and their two senators basically recalled until a new election can be held making the Senate 50-48 gridlocking DC.

I’ve offered these people I know a round trip ticket to their choice of places like Sierra Leone or Saudi Arabia…none of them will take me up on it for some reason.

It's why they want to get rid of cash and make everything electronic payments. The reason why they want to push these vaccine passports is once the infrastructure is in place it can be used for a LOT more control over peoples lives. Want to get a beer at the Pub? Scan your health ID to make sure you haven't gone over your health points for the day/week/month/whatever.

Probably so. My mom's funeral was $16,000 in 1999 in the midwest and nothing particularly fancy either.

But there aren't just funeral costs. As a couple family members have learned you need to be able to put your hands on $25,000 cash immediately when someone dies.

My aunt died last year and even with a cheap cremation, there were a lot of expenses to keep my Aunt's house and estate going until everything could get sorted. Just because someone's dead doesn't mean bills stop coming. And my aunt had everything in a Trust and my cousin is an only child. Hell it cost my Cousin $11,000 to clean out her house, utilities, and to maintain it for 8 months.

I had a cousin drop dead at 43 of a brain aneurism a couple months ago. Same thing as mortgage still needs to be paid while her shit goes through probate.

Hell my father was in the hospital last week and a $15,000 fertilizer bill for the farms came due on his place. Now not everyone owns/runs farms granted and we have things set up where I can write checks on the farm accounts incase of this kind of event. But its one of the reasons why my wife and I keep $50,000 at the bank at all times.

Yep. St. Louis County & City are going back to mask mandates starting Monday unless our AG or Governor put a stop to it. The AG might since he's running for Blunt's seat next year and this is pretty much a litmus test to make it out of the primary. Governor I don't think will after Biden called out Missouri last week about new cases.

I was out last night with doomers who are so concerned and I asked them, how many people per day (7-day rolling average) in the county are dying with COVID two weeks ago. They wouldn't answer the question so I kept pressing to give me a number. Finally one said "I dunno, 40 - 50 a day?" The look on their faces when I told them that two weeks ago that number was 6 day. This week, that 300% spike they saw on the news is 18 people a day. They didn't believe me and looked it up themselves on the dashboard and were shocked that the number of deaths per day has been hovering between 8 - 14 per day since March and pretty consistent.

One still made excuses as to why masks were the right thing to do. As Yuri said, tell them the truth and they still won't believe you...

External program that manages the campaign then generates the mission to fly. Not perfect because DCS AI is still shit, but closest to BMS so far. Liberation has a GUI to frag missions and set strategy then watch it all fall apart in mission because the AI flies into mountains or has helos flying at 20000 ft….

There’s been some interesting things baked into the Syria and new Guam maps that have to be there for the internal campaign engine ED is building. For instance all the power plants in Syria are there as part of scenery.

Apparently I was really into it when I was a kid. I remember having the action figures and my daughter is playing with my old Castle Greyskull since we found it cleaning out my Dad's house last year. But I don't remember anything about it. I frankly remember a lot more about Voltron than I do He-Man.
