Having lived in Seattle, Portland, Tacoma, and others in the PNW, I can say they are not the leading edge of anything. At one time they were. The signs that changed the speed limit based on traffic was awesome. But its all kind of falling apart again.

Pretty much. I've shown my hand before, and had to deal with the fire. As far as anyone not in the know is concerned, I am whatever they think neutral is.

I think that's how so many got through. The nitpicking is so common that people just rolled their eyes and ignored it. They used nitpicking as a shield to prove the nerds are just annoying.

That would be fun watching Blizzard deal with an actual Blizzard. Nothing is designed for snow, so people just abandon their cars.

The reason why Microsoft is in Redmond is the company realized how corrupt the Seattle politicians were. In Redmond, the government is basically MSoft. So you have truth there, but I don't know how far that stretch can go.

GMod is famously weird with its rules. The real life Gary will ban people then cry because they were banned. It's a great mod, but no one knows what to do with it except those who do.

The upper class were saved and the job market in Seattle plummeted. Then, when everyone who wasn't upper class complained, the politicians aimed them at stuff like Republicans, or small businesses.
