It's a little weird how few people realize this. I've explained it to a couple different friends, and when I'm done they always agree, so I figure it's just a case of not thinking about it because society teaches you to ignore it.

If you are, then the idea of one group being "statistically intelligent and productive" is absolutely not acceptable, and the only acceptable explanation is that their success is due to massive discrimination against others. You know, the way they reason about whites. I always thought so too until I started working with people from my employer's Israel office. They make Indians look good, because the Indians are usually at least trying, even if they're useless. Israelis just literally don't do anything, and get promoted by American leadership with strange last names. The only thing they're "productive" in is various diversity and inclusion horseshit and spamming mailing list with pictures of their weddings where the only person uglier than the groom is the bride.
