The Hill: Gender Pay Gap Within The White House Worse Than The National Average. 'Still, both the national numbers and the White House numbers reflect the "raw" gender pay gap, which does not account for experience, education, title or other factors that play into one's financial earnings.' This is a great example of how feminists get you coming and going.

If an institution has been traditionally dominated by men, any attempt to correct this gender disparity will necessarily widen the gender pay gap temporarily. If you give a bunch of fresh female faces their start in government and politics, they are obviously going to clock in at lower salary numbers than the established male staff. Over time this pay gap should shrink, but it might be very stark in the beginning - because you hired more women without experience, which is inevitable if the field was dominated by males.

The reasons there is a difference don’t matter to them. The problem is that they are jealous that they get less. “Earning” money is a patriarchal concept. Feminists want women to be given everything with absolutely no questions asked

Which is pretty much already what is happening, and is actually why they always stop at "earnings". What is the point of money? Not earning it. Just having money is pointless if you don't spend it: the point of money is the ability to buy things that are actually useful. And what do the majority of men do after earning this money? Spend it largely on behalf of women. Compared to how much money women earn, then SPEND hugely more, and that money comes from men, either their fathers or their husbands, or even their alimony paying exes who get nothing back or child support paying exes who never wanted a child. So how, exactly, does this add up to women being oppressed?

The company I work for certain departments are 100% women because they refuse to hire men. As these are more menial roles like HR etc it means the figures we a big oay gender gap.

But heres the thing even if we recruit equal number of women in the higher positions it wont change the gender gap because men are excluded from some of the positions that dont pay so well like receptionist.

Men are excluded from those positions because its a girls club and they wont hire men. Not company policy.

The branch of my company that I work for is 80% women. Think about that. However the tech department, where i work, is still dominated heavily by men. There are women only training across the board including the departments that are almost exclusively women. This is celebrated every year and there are presentations and emails about how empowering it is for women and how they help women. There is 0 initiatives to add man to any department, despite being gravely underrepresented in every part except tech. THEY LITERALLY DOMINATE THE COMPANY AND STILL FUCKING WANT MORE.

Or pay off their commanders so there is no leadership.

I'd say it's also a Jewish thing but I'd be downvoted for that.

Oh wait I already said it.

Oh well.

Tell me again why all of America's representatives are Israel First?
