USPS was more reliable for me than UPS a couple months ago. Now that voting infrastructure is being spun up, USPS is worse than I've ever seen. Chaos makes it easier to hide your bullshit. Littlefinger isn't a role model.
I'm still waiting for a package from usps since june. Its an international package
I think that has more to do with the 'rona. Air mail across the Pacific has ground to a halt, leaving only extremely slow boat mail.
Nah just usps. I've gotten stuff using fedex, ups, dhl from usa. Usps apparently can not get an international flight
I believe USPS uses passenger planes to send packages, which is a problem when no one's traveling. Meanwhile, UPS and other parcel companies have their own dedicated planes.
Either way, it's a kick in the pants when the seller tells you oh, this will be 6-10 working days and 2 months later, it hasn't moved from its fucking location in hawaiis sorting center
When I was younger I worked for FedEx. Typically, when an international package takes that long it's because it's stuck in customs because the paperwork is done incorrectly. Such as not claiming the item properly, or misrepresenting the value, or the commodity. It's a nightmare to deal with that crap and I would very frequently have to remind people to fill it out forms properly with no shortcuts or guess work.
Supposedly its because there are no flights at all and its just getting bumped off being sent overseas. Who knows. Seller told me it'll arrive eventually which pissed me off so much
USPS has always been a cheater both at home and at work. Nothing beats FedEx here.
