One woman claims that blacks needs to buy from blacks, so then eventually the community will only buy from each other. Yeah hon, a lot of lashes and garish tight crop tops. No furniture, electronics, appliances, raw ingredients for food, etc.
Once knew someone who worked for a local council that needed to explain to a mother [either expecting or newly] that while they may have liked the sound of the word, 'gonorrhoea' wasn't a suitable option for a baby name.
Black owners in black neighborhoods have a hard time because if they don't give "hookups" they're seen as sellouts. Koreans, arabs and jews are not held to such standards by black patrons

You need two things for a boycott to work: money and numbers. And American blacks have neither.
