Many perverse expressions of things are just twisting something that was intended by God to be proper and good into something filthy, hence the term perverse or perverted. For women, this is one of them. They were designed to be obedient helpers who thrive under the control and direction of a strong man. Eve screwed this up by being disobedient, and one of the sins woman has carried ever since is having the desire that God placed in them, to be subservient to a man, and their own rebelliousness, constantly warring against each other.
Women's rape fantasies are just those God given desires and purpose being unfulfilled by everyday life and needing an outlet, which sin provides an east path to. They ought to be at home serving a husband, honoring him, raising his children, acquiescing to his wishes, etc. This would actually sate that desire, and the need to be dominated forcefully wouldn't build up like it does. But since women don't do that anymore, those natural desires build and bubble over and express themselves via sin instead; rape fantasies and the like.
They think they're going to to "tame" the wild beastly alpha for themselves. All YA romance for women is essentially "supernaturally hot vampire billionaire mafia kingpin that all the girls want falls madly in love with mediocre unattractive girl that has no personality (the reader)"
What got me to understand this more than anything else was watching the start of "The Ancient Magus’ Bride" and thinking "Wow this is basically the full female fantasy."

Ah, that explains why I lost momentum on that show. I'm not the target audience at all.
What about the flip side: the desire for men to sleep around?
Most men, at least White men, actually don't. That's a false perception created by (((Hollywood))) as part of their effort to rip down White society.
Men are about as faithful as their options. That's why high status men are "sex addicts".
Society solved the conflict between disparate male and female mating strategies with assortive mating, marriage, and shame. All of these things have been destroyed.
To be fair, that also applies to women, it’s just that men always have way fewer options than women, and only Chad bucks that trend.
Also, due to men’s higher IQ (see any basic science) and higher levels of morality (see Kohlberg), men are capable of restraint and fidelity even if they are tempted with lots of options because they understand the value of faithfulness and promises. Women inherently dont.
Sadly, it’s even worse than that. “Destroyed” implies the whole thing is gone and people are just doing whatever. The reality is that men are enslaved and second class citizens while women are the elites who do whatever they want.
Men are still expected to be faithful. Women however are encouraged to be whores.
Men in happy stable marriages don't. I've never heard of a married man cheating because he was "bored" or "unhaaaaaaaappy."
