Because of simps, a lot of women are just letting themselves go. Because why diet, work out and dress in a sexy way when you can still get at least 50 men messaging you all the time with offers for dinner or gifts or sex. Most women are mentally and physically lazy. And are weaklings. So they always choose the easy path which means never making any sacrifices unless forced to do so. Nobody is forcing these women to do so. Because the only negative consequences they face from letting themselves go is losing access to the high quality men and men with standards. Not to all men.
