It's happening in every Western country, though the USA made a correction since Trump. Western countries will bring in significant quantities of non-White immigrants. These immigrants depress the price of labor (wages) and especially in low paying jobs which are jobs teens and early adults are more likely to take thus it impacts the "kids" if you include teenagers in your definition. The non-White immigrants do have higher percentages of criminal activity than White people and often the non-Whites specifically target Whites because of racism. This puts children more in danger. Also, the social programs that children utilize such as the public education system has been deteriorating in quality because non-Whites contribute significantly less tax revenue to the government to pay for public services but then the non-Whites utilize the public services at a higher per capita usage than White people thus costing White people more money for worse quality services thanks to non-Whites which has a negative impact on the kids. Now that non-Whites are starting to outnunmber Whites the amount of racial bullying White kids are exposed to has increased significantly. Then, there's the cultural impact of being taught that White people are evil colonisers, while all non-Whites are victims of White people's ancestors and owe non-Whites reparations. In media children are exposed to, race mixing is constantly pushed with non-Whites often being depicted as the smarter, more competent person and White people, men especially, often depicted in a villainous manner.
Society is without a doubt harming White children. You may not realize it because the harmful state is "normal" to you and therefore you don't perceive it as being harmful. This is problem Huxley warned us about in Brave New World.

I will say, every data point I've seen about crime rates shows non-white immigrants as having a much lower crime rate than I initially thought. If you have stats that show otherwise, please share them so I can get the correct information!
What you're largely also describing is an issue of government funding. The middle class has been fighting to pay less taxes for eons, and those tax funding cuts have, especially recently, most affected the public education sphere.
I understand the "here's what the chain of events could be" setup you have here, but is that happening? My own two eyes I walk out in my city, I see people living well together, I see children playing together, I talk to my nieces in their public schools not caring who looks like what when it comes to who they want to play with, is my city just above the terrorizing? Why am I not seeing it?
Most of the media the kids I know watch is cartoons, not really race based. Paw Patrol, Bluey, Gumball, Over the Garden Wall...none of it is really race focused at all.

Have you considered that the data you're viewing is not accurate? Oftentimes, government agencies consider Hispanics to be "White" for the purposes of race despite Hispanics not being White which skews the data. Jews are often considered White as well. White seems to be the default a lot of the times if an agency doesn't feeling like putting any effort into determining race. In the USA most studies compare American citizens to Immigrants but this is not a proper comparison because of course black American citizens commit more crimes than anyone else and many immigrants aren't black so by including black Americans with White Americans and then comparing them to immigrants it might be a "wash" in terms of crime rates when in reality immigrants commit significantly more crimes than White Americans. In many European countries, the racial data isn't collected specifically so people aren't able to connect the racial differences in crime together. Many "studies" that include Europe don't account for the fact that a "German" isn't necessarily White and can be non-White and then these non-White Germans will be lumped together with White Germans skewing the data when compared to immigrants. The immigrants themselves also won't necessarily be distinguish between White or non-White which again makes any study difficult to truly come to any conclusion over crime and race. The governments have an interest in promoting immigration because immigrants rely on government programs which require expanding government which allows government officials to funnel money to pet projects/friends/family (corruption) easier and also the big corporations want the cheapest labor possible so they also have an interest in bringing in immigrants. Furthermore, there is a whole philosophy many people have developed that relies on promoting anti-racism. All these elements combined lead to situations where skewing the data to try and make immigration look favorable becomes the norm.
You need to probably reevaluate the studies you're reading regarding race and crime. There is without a doubt a correlation. Light-Skinned Asians commit the least crime followed by Whites so any immigrant who isn't this will be adding to the crime-rate. There's also further nuances. I've seen studies that show a "regression to racial mean" with regards to behaviors from immigrants. First-generation immigrants who are gunning for PR + Citizenship might actually commit less crime because they're being highly monitored by the system for good behavior but second-generation immigrants tend to revert to "the racial mean" with regards to behaviors, thus even if a study concluded immigrants don't commit more crime, their descendants will and studies often don't factor this into consideration at all.
The solution to the immigration problem is lower taxes and less government programs. This will reduce the number of low-quality immigrants that come to the country and increase the quality of the immigrants that do come without straining the resources of the domestic people.
You of course realize you're only exposed to a fraction of what goes on. My mom watches CNN all day every day and she too thinks she knows exactly what's going on. I have a friend in Alaska who thought she knew what was going on then she moved to another State and she has been stalked by black men twice while she was out with her 3 young daughters. They never did anything but they obviously were creepily staring at her and her daughters and followed her and her daughters well beyond that was his normal route while still staring as if he was waiting for an opportunity to kidnap one of the kids. If I watched any of these cartoons I could probably point out all the propaganda embedded in the "messages" these cartoons portray to children but it's not the children where the worst of it is. It's the teenagers watching TV Shows and Movies. It undoubtedly has an impact on their perception of reality because teens lack experience so where they lack experience they fill it in with the media they consume and that media rarely portrays anything "real", it's all fiction and highly ideological and political. I see adults get consumed by the same garbage. They watch Ozark and then think this is EXACTLY how people doing crime act irl. They watch crime dramas and think criminals are exactly as portrayed, police are exactly as portrayed, etc... And this portrayal is often highly political rather than real. You don't ever watch a movie and go hmmm, the jewish guy is the sex guru who knows everything and bangs all the hot women while the White man is a bumbling idiot who treats people badly and the Woman is a Mary-Sue with no faults and can do anything?
