Juries were fine when you had a society of 99% Whites with no in-group preference to skew judgement.

Exactly. The biggest issue with lolberts is that they tend to be pacifist instead of conquerors. I can't say what I would do because the mods warned me last time but I am not against slavery. We don't need non-Whites in the country but we can sure make use of their labor overseas. For the Imperium.

Fair but to be fairer, the OG libertarians were racist. Modern libertarians just got subverted by jews and women. Most good men left the movement and have centered around something else. Minimal government is good but you still need a strong enough government to combat foreign invaders not just in the military sense but also in the merchant and subversion sense.
It would work, if the defendant, victim, and entire jury were all the same race. That's the effective protection against jury trials becoming twisted like they are now.
