Pity its not RICO charges 😢

🚨BREAKING: DOJ charges the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) with wire fraud, false statements, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

The SPLC secretly funneled $3M+ in donor funds to violent racist extremist groups:

-Ku Klux Klan -American Nazi Party -Aryan Nation -United Klans of America -Unite the Right -National Alliance -National Socialist Movement -Sadistic Souls Motorcycle Club -American Front

To hide the payments, SPLC allegedly opened bank accounts under fictitious entities to conceal the source and control of donor funds.

Per the indictment: an SPLC field source was a member of the online leadership chat group that planned the 2017 "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville — made racist postings under SPLC supervision and helped coordinate transportation to the event.

FBI Director Kash Patel: "They lied to their donors, vowing to dismantle violent extremist groups, and actually turned around and paid the leaders of these very extremist groups — even utilizing the funds to have these groups facilitate the commission of state and federal crimes."

Acting AG Todd Blanche: "The SPLC is manufacturing racism to justify its existence. Using donor money to allegedly profit off Klansmen cannot go unchecked."

Scheme allegedly ran 2014–2023.

FBI calls it an ongoing investigation.

Insane!!!

These niggers never learn. Shame the controlled opposition DOJ won't seek the cooperate death penalty.

People seem to believe that access to these funds somehow discredits White Nationalist organizations with very real grievances about anti-white authority.

That seems silly to me. If you can say your truth and get paid for it, then I say more power to you.

Yes, a LOT of people are highlight that one low level informant the SPLC paid that attended the 2017 Unite the Right rally.

Unfortunately, lost of dissident right wing people are claiming the SPLC paid for the entire thing, and Gavin McGinnis is going after Kessler hard on X, claiming he is the one that was paid.

We are our own worst enemy sometimes....

McGinnis is a shill for Jews so that's not surprising. He's not part of any "we." He's an enemy operative and remains loyal to them even as they humiliate him in public.

I heard they quietly withdrew subpoenas into John Brennan also today but couldn’t find verification yet.

I thought it was a criminal investigation they dropped.

All I saw was subpoenas, I didn’t see if the investigation was dropped or not.

The investigation was dropped a few days ago. You're probably referring to something I'm not aware of since I didn't see anything today. We're probably both right and just referring to different things.

It already is, X is loaded with mouthbreathing morons calling Patriot Front an SPLC funded group now, even though they aren't even in the indictment.

Patriot Front? Aren't they purely CIA?
Sounds like "noise" to hide the reality of "a vast, left-wing conspiracy to foment unrest against White people" (to paraphrase Hillary, eh?).

Didn’t Apple give millions to SPLC?

Our own corporations are collaborating against us.

Sorry brother, "our" corporations aren't ours. They're (((theirs))). If they were ours they'd pander to white nationalists.

I can't see the administration winning this case. Their claim is that the SPLC defrauded donors by paying informants in extremists groups to gather information about them. Donors are just generally going to testify "Yes, that's exactly what I wanted them to do with my money."

They persecuted Trump for far less than this, it's the same legal doctrines involved.
You cannot claim your "product" is worth 120M if you're artificially inflating the value through clandestine means. In Trumps case? He openly said "hey do your own evaluations" right in the document, but they dragged him to court for it. In SPLC's case? They actually did it! Secretly funding the very groups they "opposed".

Now: when a government does this? It's "perfectly legal". But NGOs, especially non-profit ones? It's akin to treason. Fraud at the very least.

Remember kids! The "Russian interference" was $144K. (Hillary's campaign spent $1 BILLION) Half was spent supporting Sanders. Some was even spent opposing Trump... but that's a crime!
This was $3M that we know of and probably just the tip of the iceberg. The Dems & leftists have no qualms about lies and even murder if it advances "the cause" and lines their pockets with tax-exempt $$$$$

Jews fled the SPLC back around 2019 when Morris Dees got accused of perving. I'm surprised ZOG waited this long to liquidate it. The Unite the Right organizer on their pay roll was probably Azzmador.

That's the name I'm seeing dropped by UtR organizers online. He had a history of fed-posting at the time, too.
