No thanks, but I read enough of the politicrap shitfest to know it's just their usual shenanigans, They say a ruling isn't significant because of the law, while ignoring that rulings are far more important, as they are the actual intersection of law where it hits real life. PF always pulls this crap, always in the same direction. They're always shit.
It's not quite real. It's at best an exaggeration of a case where a man was convicted of sexual assault against a minor for 3 years instead of rape for 10 years because there was no evidence of violence or an attempt to intimidate the child. However unreasonable you may think that outcome is (I certainly find it questionable and would want a far harsher punishment), it doesn't mean sex with children is permitted in Finland based on culture.
But, I think you could very legitimately argue that the "no violence / intimidation" element is difficult to square with a child's understanding and potential consent in the first place. IMO, this somewhat weak conviction is based on an unwarranted technicality and seems like a potential relaxation of how their justice system handles statutory rape.
If you interfere with the development of a child you should be executed. I don't care if you used violence, candy, or just pure sociopathy, but you're a dead man walking.
Anyone have a link to the article on the right? Tried looking it up and came up empty u/chukna

Hate agreeing with you, because you're a liberal faggot. But when you're right you're right. Still downvoted you.
Downvotes don't do anything currently.
They really don't do anything when working properly as well
People are posting Politicrap "fact-checks" here unironically? Wtf is going on with the standards here of late.
Find the article, if it's real. Your account is 4 months old the only thing you know is of late.

Cool. I think it would be more effective to share actual articles instead of fake/sensationalism
