Habeas corpus is being flagrantly violated as ICE are detaining people and raiding homes without probable cause or warrants, many of which are US citizens and failing to release them in a timely or humane manner. They are buying detention facilities (at hugely inflated prices for money laundering) and using digital surveillance systems that the government will surely use against political dissidents in the future, as has been planned and performed in the past.
This sure sounds like a lot of standard weasel-worded leftist shitlib talking points.
How so? The video has all the evidence.
You think the government wouldn't spy on you with new tech with increasing levels of intrusiveness while using a half plausible excuse to build out the necessary infrastructure to do so?
They're doing that now. What excuse do they need?
If they're citizens, they can show ID in about two seconds and be on their way.
Everybody knows where ICE is operating because it's all over the news. If you're in that area, bring ID.
I have yet to hear of any actual citizens, other than the ones intentionally starting shit, have any problem with ICE.
You didn't watch the video then. They dragged a US citizen out of his house in his underwear and a blanket and said they didn't care about his ID. They also started a car chase and drew guns on a lady for simply recording them.
Wont someone think of the poor illegal alien apologist who tried to ru, over the ice agent or physically assault them to defend illegals. All leftists should be raided. Defending illegal aliens is treason
