Paul was previously arrested for domestic violence in February 2023, in another incident involving Mortensen. The fallout from her arrest, and her turbulent relationship and pregnancy with Mortensen, was captured for the first season of Mormon Wives, which catapulted to quick success for Hulu.
Footage of the alleged 2023 incident between Paul and Mortensen was leaked to TMZ on Thursday, where she can be seen kicking her former partner and throwing chairs at him. In the footage, TMZ points out where Paul’s daughter was sitting in close contact to the conflict, with Mortensen yelling out, “Your daughter is right here,” as she launched another chair his way.
I know it's old hat to say this but they'd NEVER pick a dude Bachelor who'd ever been arrested for DV previously.
I caught part of an interview with her this week when she was talking about how tough she had it and she was so brave for struggling to get thru her day.
I posted a thread touching on this a while back, but The Bachelorette is very typical of the slop that women and girls watch. It attracts the "modern audience" that they want the entire gaming industry to cater to and it contains every flavor of cultural poison we've seen over the past couple decades.
This type of pop culture bullshit is why I turned off my TV for good well over a decade ago. If anything, I stopped with most TV after much of 9/11/2001.
My 2000s TV diet was Nickelodeon and the History Channel. I grew out of the former (DEI hire Cyma Zarghami certainly sped that process up) and the latter just started serving up reality slop in the 07-09 period. It's been 20 years since that medium had any value and that's before you get into the cable companies using ads to double dip on their subscription revenue.
When asked what she would say to a Bachelor Nation fan who may judge her for her past, Paul told THR in November 2025 “I feel like it’s very fair to see some things and be like, ‘Oh, not a fan,’ if you’re looking at just very few things.”
“What I will say is maybe tune in to make sure you’re really getting a read on who and how I am. Because if you'[ve] not really seen anything [I’m in], then you maybe only know my news headlines, which maybe aren’t the prettiest ones,” she added. “I feel like if you were to ever watch me, hear my story, I think I come off a little bit differently than people would just assume. I think maybe just give me a shot and see.”
That's a lot of words to say "I refuse to be held accountable to my actions"
Utah is getting more and more high profile female psychopaths on display. Did too many Californians move there or something?
I don't know what happened but it's certainly not the paradise people who have no first hand experience seem to think it is.
I've watched SLC Punk
Absolutely underrated film. The OD scene broke my heart. Not to mention the 'we didn't sell out Son. We bought in' line.
There's alot of overlap in that film with my own teens and 20's. I ran with that crowd for a bit.

So, girl picks a dude with a previous DV arrest and then she proceeds to DV him? Wild, lol.
No. Paul is her last name.
But from what I hear they're both bad people and she's accused him of doing it.
Oh, I didn't catch that. The thing is, the proper way to handle these women is to beat them but you can't because of laws so she'll always be unruly.

LOL, did all the male contestants on this show lose a bet, or was it this or prison?
Nope, there are plenty of loser males eager to show off what faggots they are for the low, low price of competing to be man number 7,265 in the bachelorette's vagina.
She's ugly as shit, too. What were they thinking?
She's so unattractive I saw some spergs was claiming she is mixed. She has two white parents
Slick dark hair and eyes as black as coal. She is mixed.
/Sperg out.
They'll remove intentional beaning in baseball before women stop throwing shit at men.
She also smoked her child with a chair
Another celebrity Borderline Personality Disorder chick?
That's a lot of words to say "I refuse to be held accountable to my actions"
How many niggers were competing for this used up whore?
