This video was most likely filmed on a smartphone. The bokeh is 100% digitally created with a filter which is a tell tale sign for smartphones. And all the digital enhancements modern smartphones use on videos and images can cause quite a few artifacts. For example the ring doesn't disappear. It changes color. The structure is still there. I suspect it is caused by a filter.
Something is most definitely up but it is more likely that he's been dethroned for his colossal fuck up but they don't want to announce it in the middle of a war as that would instantly confirm that Israel is getting assraped by Iran.

If you look at the original video in normal speed you see that the coffee did not do anything magical. Surface tension is a thing as is foam.
I've only seen edits of that but could not find additional fingers in the original video.

For all I know this video was cooked up with a prompt by some third party and then circulated on twitter until citogenesis declared this to be something released by the Israeli government/Netanyahu rather than some wartime psyop. I think it's only a matter of time until that sort of tactic becomes a standard strategy for information jamming or otherwise obfuscating the situation on the ground during wartime now that Twitter exists to bypass conventional lines of communication and their control mechanisms.

It all depends on what the actual goal of this mess is.
So far, seems like they've taken fewer hits than during the Twelve Day War (but Iran has to distribute its firepower more), and Iranian tactics may be worse (a constant barrage for disruption rather than an attempt to destroy serious targets).
