That's fucked up. He wanted to argue European identity can't exist because too much biological mixture between tribes of Europeans. But makes a more philosophical argument for jewish identity based on passed down traditions?
How can European identity not be passed down by tradition, father to son? What is it about jews and their convoluted concept of "whiteness?"
Is it just a linguistic game to other white people without explicitly saying white(European, especially German) people are uniquely evil?
You mean to tell me that a nomadic tribe of hopelessly rootless cosmopolitans has no concept of familiarity or ability to bond with their immediate enviourment? What a surprise...

It is incredibly fucked up and absurdly hypocritical.
But it is so mind blowing to think that an "intellectual" like him could make that argument with a straight face you wouldn't believe it if I didn't directly quote him.

Because in their minds we need to follow their standards and definitions for a culture, one of the big values (from their POV) is distinct writing systems and language, and so on
Anyways, historically western peoples had an identity somewhat intertwined with the state, without a separate series of cultural controls explicitly demanding certain ethnic-cultural traits (language, traditions, endogamy, etc)
"Globalism" is essentially state mandated nomadism, which just marginalizes the (pro social) cultures of settled people in favor of rootless nomads
One distinction I will make with some people in the "aunty semite" camp is they hyper focus on stuff like the Talmud or whatever, when the bigger issue is a combination of nomadism with middle-man minorities
Jewish people aren't all nomads, they aren't all middle-man minorities, and nomads/middle-man minorities aren't exclusively jewish
A lot of other conflicts abroad come from nomads, like Kurdish tribes over running Arab villages in the ME, or Fulani nomads in Africa (now famous due to nigerian christian villages being pillaged), or Romani/"Gypsies" in Europe. Gypsies have their own term of "anti-Ziganism", considered worse than other forms of racism (sound familiar?)
Even the migrant crisis in Europe has this tendency. I hate mass migration, but the idea that all foreigners conspire to flood white countries is also retarded. It's surprisingly common in forums for North Africans to observe behavior in Europe and be embarassed, and refer to their "fellow Moroccans" as "literal animals", or use other slurs, because open doors essentially invites the shittiest/worst nomadic parts of Moroccan society.

My ex-wife had me read Ishmael by Daniel Quinn, so I have a beginner insight into the neo-tribalism movement. And given "Nomadland" was a thing a couple years ago, it seems like the belief is looking for a moment.

Locusts don't plant seeds.
Almost like if you have a high body count you can't pair bond.
