Unfortunately he was opposed to ethnocentrism, so he wasn't exactly one of us.
Dude was wicked smart, so what was his reasoning behind opposing it?
Meritocracy isn’t a bad thing if you can somehow enforce it. I’m guessing he went in that direction.
Yeah but that just de-facto results in ethnic hierarchy/segregation.
Sure, and we can have that, all on the same team, if everyone knows their place.
The fact is; the top percentile in Black is still above average for Whites. If they're so above White average that they're making world changing discoveries, it doesn't make sense to force them to be with their below average society.
The problem happens when people forget their place and get resentful of the people higher on the ladder, instead of grateful that they get to benefit from a much more competent ally.
