Annie from Community. I think Jeff for the most part resisted due to her age.
and Lindsay in season 3 of Arrested Development lol. Technically, she got friend-zoned but it was a late in the series one off joke. But if the series didn't get cancelled? Who knows how long they'd run with it for a bigger payoff later. I'm talking her the part there she found out she's adopted and wanted to be with her brother Michael, not the other friend-zone with Bob Loblaw.
