Not that that's an issue for the Grammys since those are mostly awarded to garbage as well, but I really don't care that soulless manufactured crap like the Backstreet Boys never won awards over whatever soulless manufactured crap won in their place.

To be fair, that year he lost to a sort of best-of album of Henry Mancini. A guy who did hundreds of iconic TV/movie scores. Fucking weird matchup. Also, Jimi died before the ceremony.
Who gives a shit? These awards like the grammys, the academy awards, etc are just a bunch of entitled artists sitting around sniffing each others’ farts and pontificating about how unique the scent is.
