A friend of mine is going through a hard time. His landlord is having him move out of his parking area without warning because of a sewage leak. Nothing gets fixed and any house fixes have to be paid by my friend. So he's paying rent on threat of eviction, but not a lot of reasons why.
It's a lower class area that will soon be part of the growing -and groaning- Orlando area. They don't build more roads out, just more houses and shops. St Cloud and Lakeland went from pleasant areas to traffic all day long. Many of the people there are mechanics, plumbers, and people frequently dump their pets close by. The locals find homes for all of them. They have a rooster that is going to a special needs school.
Frequently people have disappeared and been said to have been evicted without their stuff. Even the pets are left inside. Then the landlord appears, takes the stuff, and no one really know what happened. They've had to break in to save the pets at times.
Anyway, he is the only one with a key to his house, but the landlord has damaged anything outside. When they complain the landlord gets everyone to think he's stupid. He's told the landlord to give 24 hour notice and other basic responsibilities.
The entire neighborhood is now ready to move out. The thing is, the owner/landlord is from India. In fact it seems that many neighborhoods have been bought up by the same group, with the same results. The neighborhood crime rate goes up. People run away and their stuff may or may not be sold.
So that brings up a really odd thought, what if this is being done on purpose? What if the neighbors are slowly being pushed out to be replaced by indians? Has this happened before?
I know back in Seattle we had a lot of property suddenly get sold to Chinese investment. Then new buildings that didn't seem to be for anyone were built there. The joke is that the national bird of Seattle is the crane.
Is this a method of take over? How could anyone fight it off?

Only in literally every single industry nationwide, where street shitters are allowed to get million dollar loans forbidden to whites in order to buy an existing business.

Funny thing too is they usually get to run their businesses tax free for a set number of years and the moment that time is up they once again "sell" to a brother or wife using the same loans and tax free status till it happens again

Of course it’s on purpose. If it’s an entire neighborhood one of two things are happening. 1. They’re replacing the area with a different zoning or looking to doze and resell because housing is a premium right now, it’s a tale as old as zoning has existed. 2. Is just racial nepotism which is just as likely as 1 considering its jeets.
Based on what you said however I’m betting this is a “make everything so unlivable that everyone leaves” situation where in a year or two the area will be a section 8 grift or zoned for businesses to move in.

Look at temple terrace, north of Tampa. They built a mosque with over 200k registered members there.
The Muslims pick a neighborhood and they place 24-7 sentinels in front of a house they want to buy, literally a dozen people just stand on the sidewalk and watch your house, 24-7, taking shifts day and night. The cops do nothing because they own the police force and "they're not threatening anyone and they're on public property".
Once one homeowner sells, more are quick to follow. Soon, people are selling below market for cash, in an attempt to get out fast. People who are underwater on a mortgage are fucked.
They've bought up multiple entire neighborhoods like this, and have even done the same to business centers and strip malls.
Sadly, the big design jobs are in Orlando. I can't live in Cocoa Beach or St Augustine to survive.
We don't have to live like this. They can all just go back to their home countries and we'd have a functional civilization again.
