The quiet part: They want to enjoy the 1st world comfort without the 1st world obligation. They really do hope that all those 3rd worlders will actively choose to do the menial tasks and jobs even when 3rd worlders will become the demographic majority. Worse yet, they may be aware of it but since they are childless selfish hedonists, they have no stake in the future, so why should they care? Their world is going to end with their lives, so they might as well do hedonism maxxing.
Decision making should be reserved for those who have stake in the greater structure's continued existance. That means only property holders and those who have children should have the right to vote. Does it exclude too many people? No, too many people exclude themselves by choosing not to become property holders or have no children.
And when the dildo of consequences inevitably arrives, they never actually have any introspection. They just continue to resort to talking points about it being the fault of billionaires. Or that their social safety net gibs are insufficient and things would be better if only we created more cradle-to-grave government largesse.
The sum total of their intellectually bankrupt introspection: "Imagine how much worse it would be if we hadn't done anything."
They just pivot to the next axis of attack to gain more power, it's how marxism works.

I used to think that too.
I had no choice but to grow up in 90s Poland which was a post-communist shithole that wouldn't get decent until recently. I also had typical slavic drunkard for a father and narcs for both mother and brother. I have just enough autism to care more about things than people. My life should be a living hell but instead I did a sequence of uncomfortable, but ultimately healthy choices of making whatever meager savings I could, use them to fund my relocation to UK and embracing humble worker life while living in suburbs.
If I could do it then so can you.
I doubt you're paid out in food stamps and have gun barrels pointed at you for daring to move further than few kilometers from where you live/work. I sure as hell doubt you'd have access to the internet and have the ability to bitch about it if that were the case.
They can't break the conditioning. Mostly they don't even want to. They vote to mass import the third world then complain when things go downhill, eventually having to leave their blue areas - and move someplace else to keep voting blue. Often encouraging others to move in with them and support the same policies they left.
You can't reach them. Don't try.
The quieter part: know how so many women are into zombie/apocalypse show? That's because it's exciting to them. They'd enjoy watching society collapse. Hence the invasion is allowed to happen.
