Yep. I am about the single most pro Japanese person you could ever find but the notion that internment camps were unjustified is laughable to me.
You know how you know they were fine? because people only rail about their existence, not what went on in there. Seriously have you ever heard anyone complain of something bad happening in them?

This is exactly why foreigners come over and scam us, rape us, kill us, beat us, and insult us, sometimes right in front of our own police.

We do absolutely nothing to stop them.
We don't chop their hands off.
We don't chop their heads off.
We don't dump their organs in the street for unforgivable crimes.
To them, being sent to prison is like going to a hotel room compared to the places they came from. And most of the time the libtards let them out after a couple days anyway. They even run cover for them as they commit the crimes.
Why on earth would they think they couldn't do this? They face no meaningful resistance to their actions. We don't set boundaries, and the ones we do set are enforced so weakly that they just waltz over them repeatedly.
The reason why Vlad the Impaler did what he did, is that he understood that in order to stop the violent invaders, he had to be more brutal and violent than them. It really is that simple. We don't have Harald Haradra in charge cutting peoples heads off for gross offenses, we have Renee Good trying to keep the police from kicking out the murderers. We have a bunch of wannabe nannies coddling the invaders instead of guards with spears and swords throwing them off the wall.
