I'm practicing restraint first. Speaking just for myself, I'm certainly considering it, but these things have to be done carefully. It's bad management to come in and change things too drastically, but it's certainly on the list.
Also, u/BandageBandolier has been doing work, and manually approving a lot of stuff that was getting caught.
So, we're already improving there, but will have to settle into things a bit more - and decide the direction we want to go (community input included!) - on the topic.
As I've said, I don't want to change thigs much, until people have settled in at the very least, but we certainly have more options now that we have active mods.
