To be fair some of the older Teslas do have dangerous door designs, but it's due to the inside design rather than the outside. The manual release is in a really retarded spot that requires removing a panel. Pretty sure they just went with that image because it's more clearly a tesla door than if they had an inside view.
As I mentioned here already, every luxury car from Tesla, Range Rover, Jaguar, Ford's Mach-E, the Mercedes S-Class and others all feature flush electronic door handles.
