You guys realize medical pot has been available for DECADES, right? Literally everywhere. I knew people who had it prescribed in the fucking 90's; and it wasn't a fucking joint, it was a PILL.
All this does is make pot even more ubiquitous. You're gonna have pot heads smoking absolutely fucking everywhere.
So it's fine if its a pill that is probably stupidly expensive even though cannabis could actually be dirt cheap because it is a plant that literally grows everywhere if given the chance?
Generic dronabinol costs like $14 for 60 pills. Making thc and cbd in pill form is not expensive or difficult. Allowing ((big pharma)) to monopolize the market is expensive; just look at insulin prices.
I know it's not expensive. Most drugs aren't expensive to manufacture. But growing your own cannabis is even less expensive and you have complete control over what you consume. You can grow the exact strain of cannabis that has the best effects for your needs. And also naturally grown is generally better than synthesized.
I used to be a libertarian and didnt care if people smoked pot. I had never tried it. finally did in my mid twenties and smoked daily for over a year. I cant go to the grocery store without seeing several stoned slots shuffling their way through the store with glazed eyes. stoners should be enslaved

I don't know anyone who consistently smokes pot who hasn't destroyed their own lives themselves. Many wouldn't consider their lives destroyed, but from the outside, it's hard to argue otherwise.
By that logic, let em have heroin, crack, fent, and meth too. If they're gonna ruin their own lives, they may as well go all out.
Individualism is a fallacy. No one stands alone and suffers the consequences of their own mistakes in a vacuum. Even the most introverted, isolated agoraphobe is part of a community, and their personal actions affect that community, whether they will it or not. Faggots being faggots in their bedrooms negatively affect their entire community.
It IS the governments job to foster the overall health and wellbeing of its people. A degenerate people creates a degenerate government.
Medical pot was everywhere for the same reason it is legal recreationally in so many states: because those states told the feds to go fuck themselves on the issue. This EO is the feds saying "OK, we will go fuck ourselves."
I don't care if people are smoking pot everywhere. The 10th amendment is still on the books and should still mean something.
