That's Angel Studios. They are outside the historic Hollywood studios. They made that David movie coming out later this month. They also made that movie King of Kings earlier this year. They made that child trafficking movie a few years ago the critics hated, Sound of Freedom.
I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.

I've only ever seen sound of freedom but root for their films to do well generally. I thought it was weird that they had Mark Hammill in King of Kings but didn't think much of it. Seth Rogen is even fucking weirder to be honest. That entire trailer is nuts, what were they thinking? Animation isn't cheap and this is going to eat shit at the box office, sound of freedom was a hit but they haven't really had a big success since based on the available numbers. Curious how bad this will hurt them.
Seth Rogen attached to it is not a good sign at all.

Uh oh, I IMDB'd the movie to check for a Snowball. There's a Snowball but, and full disclosure this is a detail that may sway me, is voiced by tranny Laverne Cox
interesting, I thought that was Old Major who they trannified in the trailer. if they cut out old major, then that's yet another very important part of the story that they axed.

Don’t even want to know how they will “adapt it”. I can recommend the book. Also the animated version from the 50s is good and there was a live action version in the 90s that I liked. Both versions are on YouTube
The trailer definitely shows the movie changes the time period since there are flying cars and Lamborghinis in it. It also has an evil old woman who seems involved in corrupting the pigs.
Im good. If I had the power I’d ban the adaptations of books if they don’t make a serious effort to adapt it
