First movie, absolutely. If you like it, the sequel is ok. The third was trash, the mid 2010's reboot was soulless. I never saw the TV series so I can't comment.
First movie is a lot like the first 90s Starship Troopers, so if you saw and enjoyed that, you would probably also like the first Robocop.
I liked the first (remember watching it when streaming first became a thing). Tried to watch the second immediately after the first, but stopped 15 minutes in because it was too depressing(at least the beginning), and didn't care to spend my time watching something depressing.
The first movie has some all-time great moments with the ED-209. Honestly all the 80s retrofuture boardroom stuff is my favorite part. The rest of it is pretty good as well.
If the concept doesn't seem interesting to you on its face, don't bother. It's not high art that you'll come to appreciate with a closer viewing, it's a robot cop that blows dudes in half with guns.
Could never get into Robocop, it never looked interesting to me. Is it worth taking a gander at?

TV series was trash, but the spin-off Prime Directives TV movies were... somewhat watchable.

They're eighties movies with a lot of satire, graphic violence and social commentary. They take the piss out of everything.
