That isn't what "private" means. And it makes a great difference whether the command is coming from the banks or the state. One is literally prohibited in the constitution, and the other is not.

This bill doesn't go far enough IMO but it is better than nothing. This it sort of the reason we have a government in the first place, to protect our people from outside attacks. A foreign gov violating our rights makes them an enemy.
If I was emperor, my response would be to tell them that any fines issued to US citizens or companies will be paid by the government, and payment would be delivered directly to the OFCOM office via predator drone.

How about we also ban all private corporations from spying on citizens via smart tech, especially if that data is being used to make millions of dollars just to be ZOG’s source of spying illegally on its own citizens?
