This bill doesn't go far enough IMO but it is better than nothing. This it sort of the reason we have a government in the first place, to protect our people from outside attacks. A foreign gov violating our rights makes them an enemy.
it's a foreign government with no jurisdiction over you anyway, the only response to a foreign government fining you is to tell them to go pound sand.
