If a dude gets arrested 20 times, and has multiple separate felonies under his belt, he should just be executed to avoid any further problems.
They complained about how the three strikes and you're out-laws were unfair, but even a 10 strikes law would be heaven's sent at this point in some of these blue states.
We can be reasonable. 50 strikes, and you're out. It is HIGHLY statistically improbable to be falsely accused, and found guilty while innocent, of 50 different criminal offenses across different dates. All three of the recent big cases have been 70+ offenses, so even 50 strikes would greatly increase safety.
Even this, though, they would say "slippery slope! Nazis punished criminals, are you literally Hitler?!"
The best part about the corporal punishment is that you don't have to keep them in jail for very long. And they get some scars as a reminder to remember their mistake every day for the rest of their now more productive life. It desperately needs a comeback in the US.
