We can be reasonable. 50 strikes, and you're out. It is HIGHLY statistically improbable to be falsely accused, and found guilty while innocent, of 50 different criminal offenses across different dates. All three of the recent big cases have been 70+ offenses, so even 50 strikes would greatly increase safety.

Even this, though, they would say "slippery slope! Nazis punished criminals, are you literally Hitler?!"
