Forgive the reference, but in the 7th Harry Potter book, there's a mythical object called the "Resurrection Stone" that was said to bring the dead back to life. Instead of actually reviving them, it simply created a shade of that person, and because you could never truly touch them or be with them meaningfully, it drove the "user" mad and made them kill themselves.
I..I actually have no idea what to say about how fucked this is. I'm usually pro AI, fun to play around with it and we can't go back to before AI anyway.
This however is fucked and will cause mental health issues in the very near future. Whoever made this is some actual demon.
I wish we didn't live in a clown world lead by people speed-running civilizational collapse. AI could be pretty neat in the right hands. But it's a tool like any other, and the demons want to use it as a tool of destruction.
And on the flip side of that are people that are so shitty to others that they have to create an app to find someone (something) willing to put up with their bullshit and abuse.
When my soul leaves my body and joins God i dont think ill care much about some silly man-made imitation that will be used as a grief teddybear for my children. I see this as less offensive as the Mormons babtisizing other people "in the spirit" after they die
