He does indeed. There is footage of his original voice on a con of some description and when confronted about it, he invented "second puberty" excuse.
He doesn't use a voice changer. But he deliberately speaks that way. Like trannies.
He definitely ramps the bass on his mic WAAAY up.
He definitely boosts the lower end on the EQ and he always sits extremely close to the mic.
But as you can clearly hear here he doesn't use a voice changer:

He deliberately speaks in a low voice. It's not his natural voice but it's also not a voice changer.
