He doesn't use a voice changer. But he deliberately speaks that way. Like trannies.
He definitely ramps the bass on his mic WAAAY up.
He definitely boosts the lower end on the EQ and he always sits extremely close to the mic.

He deliberately speaks in a low voice. It's not his natural voice but it's also not a voice changer.

Talking very close to the mic adds bass to your voice too. Is that also using a voice changer?
