I've actually discovered that there are some beet supliments that actually work for some headaches. I they don't act as a blood thinner, but will basically assist in opening up the blood vessels more. I've actually used them for some headaches and it seems to work. It's the equivalent of eating like 4 beets in gummy form, but it does work.
If you want some more chemical alt-cures, one of the "3" in a T3 is caffeine.
Drinking a cuppa tea or coffee can help a little with headaches, and those gimmicky caffeine gummies can actually help more, depending on the "why" of the headache and its source.
Pregnant women, drink your cola and eat your beet gummies. Not medical advice, but hey, it works for some.
It's more my point that "hey, this herbal thing helps with headaches", the same way you drink tea for throat or sinus issues. And to be clear, if I take two Tylenol and it doesn't help enough, taking another 2 Tylenol in that 4 hour window is a way worse idea than beet supplements.
herbal remedies are basically Tier 1 maintenance for your body.

Huh. Is that why "migraine" versions of pain relievers contains caffeine.
There's a place for herbal & folk remedies. NOT to replace modern medicine! But on a "hey try this & if it works, good!" basis.
