How is fining them going to stop government pressure?
It would encourage them to use their lawyers to fight it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary next time, like they were supposed to last time.
You can't. Part of the problem is that they are basically throwing the Biden admin under the buss.
They're basically saying, and I've argued this to a degree before, they're not independent agents. They are just extensions of the government. They're just a cock-sleve. They are admitting that they aren't for-profit businesses, but fronts of the intel agencies, that only just now got ordered not to keep psy-op'ing the American people because Rubio is in the State Department, Tulsi is in DNI, and Lake is in VOA.
