The Palestinians are rabid animals that can't fit in any decent society and you will never see me cry about their extermination, but the Israelis are subversive, power-hungry, corrupting, greedy, infiltrating rats that are not limited to their own borders. Israelis are a direct threat to the West, with how much influence and political power they've managed to gain through bribery and nepotism, whereas the Palestinians are just primitive savages that are unlikely to ever involve themselves with the farther corners of the world, unless they are forced to do so by a greater force displacing them.

They're too uncivilized to integrate themselves peacefully in other societies, but they can still live in their own. They are allowed to defend their own corner of the world, which is being invaded by a foreign force, even if I wouldn't want them anywhere near me. There is no contradiction here.
And they are not a direct threat to us (unlike Israel currently is), unless they end up being displaced (also because of Israel) as refugees, and end up moving here in the West, where they will (rightfully) resent us for supporting the destruction of their country.
I can't, Hamas & Hezbollah normally kill them and/or purge them regardless of what Israel does.
