It reminds me of that CCTV footage in Britain of that islamic terrorist attack when a group of muslim terrorists were running around stabbing people in the street and hitting people with a truck. A bunch of elderly british people in a diner fell to the ground to escape and hide from the mele, and one of the old men said, "It's the muslims!" and during the attack one of the old women said, "that's racist! Shut it" or something to that effect.
Their penchant for forming echo chambers and then getting extremely hostile towards even the mildest disagreement also helps to ensure they never have to make contact with reality.
