If you're have to deal with immigrants and/or Muslim communities, there are some guys who are complete and utter spazzes and can't handle it. I suspect a company would be 'not racist' but just asking every man looking to get hired the question and not just the brown guys.

A lot Gen Z isn't that bad if you interact with them well. They have a sixth sense for catching on if you're secretly judging them or writing them off as weird though. Don't do that, even if you think what they are into is weird who cares. Treat them like peers and you might be surprised. A huge chunk of the white guy Gen Z group is totally on to the scam that is wokeness too.
I agree. Also, Gen Z is just too weird for Boomers, who are (still) clinging to power.
I did an interview once with a DoD contractor for a dumbass simple Excel supply chain job. First round was with the office bitch

Next round was with the boomer manager and some HR slut who had fresh botox and a speeding ticket.
He seems to like me at first then I start talking about AI and tech and his whole face changed. Like he was scared that I knew too much.
