There's something to that. The boomers will have to get out of these positions. In general they just treat people like shit that aren't other boomers. You are their doormat and their piggy bank, and you better fucking like it. The bad part of the change is that, in the corporate world at least, what they've left as their legacy is DEI replacements.

A lot Gen Z isn't that bad if you interact with them well. They have a sixth sense for catching on if you're secretly judging them or writing them off as weird though. Don't do that, even if you think what they are into is weird who cares. Treat them like peers and you might be surprised. A huge chunk of the white guy Gen Z group is totally on to the scam that is wokeness too.
