Those serial killers already existed. We know a few, and we can be certain more existed, but the BSU willingly or accidentally made their "framework" basically only be white guys and so anything outside that just escaped suspicion.
Wayne Williams murdered 25-30 children, and people still say "well actually this random racist in town must have murdered at least some of them, so he isn't that bad!!" With barely any evidence other than "well the guy was an asshole, and racists are evil so he could have killed too." Just straight up decided that because Atlanta was a racist place and the KKK existed, the cops just pinned all sorts of murders on the black guy.
There are already plenty of black mass murderers they just don't get called serial killers probably because their MO is on par with run of the mill pavement apes. We think of serial killers as owl, vultures, foxes, leopards. Animals that stealthily stalk a single target. Rather, black serial killers are more akin to rabid pitbulls that just attack anything and everything at the slightest provocation real or imagined. Basically, blacks are so dumb we don't even acknowledge their violent actions as being anything besides recklessness incarnate.
I wonder how many gang members have killed at least 3 people? I know gang shootings are generally left off mass shootings and I can't imagine they get added to serial killer stats.
There's also the little bugabo about serial killers having high IQs, which removes most of the population. Especially a group that is already lower the national mean.

Probably most of us who had boomer parents were "trained" to be color blind by our parents. And even ethnic celebrations were extended to everyone.
