I wouldn't say most, but it's definitely a shockingly large percentage.
But I suppose it shouldn't be surprising when it comes from a culture that believes lying to the outgroup is a virtuous act.
It's a culture that believes lying to their own God is a virtuous act.

Yep. They have a whole book of ways they think they can trick God. And if they look down on the Almighty like that, what do you suppose they think about us goyim?
At some point it becomes a distinction without a difference. If enough of them are liars, it becomes the rule rather than the exception.
Dishonesty is baked into the culture. Someone who won't take advantage of others is looked down upon. Consider the concept they call frier:

The problem is the lying isn't an individual fault here, it's cultural, it's part of the religion, and it's been going on so long it's probably part of their DNA (hence the propensity towards schizophrenia).
Judaism is based on lying to god, playing tricks and gaming rules. Then culturally, they live in isolated enclaves inside other host nations. The people who are going to be the most successful in that situation are people who can keep multiple fabricated stories in their head at the same time. Liars. That's who wins in the society they've created. They've been breeding liars for 10,000+ years.
