Technically every president since Lincoln has also suspended the constitution or done worse. While we have the post war amendments and changes to the US done flagrantly unconstitutionally they’re all in the same lot.
What was the last war that Congress officially voted & declared?
Vietnam? Korea?

Lincoln violated the Constitution the worst. After that is a mix of Wilson, FDR, Grant, Buchanan, and the entire Federalist Party. Biden's actually surprisingly up there. Probably higher than Buchanan and Grant, tbh.
Every president violated the Constitution after the civil war. Continuous policies after holding half the country hostage without repealing them is no different than Lincoln’s actions. The post civil war treason is the basis of every law and amendment since then. Lincoln created the uniparty and death of the republic.
