It's about Mutahar, an Indian Canadian YouTuber who has been churning out slop content for a decade claiming to do it as a hobby, while working a 9-5, being a CEO of a construction company and falsely claiming to be a "Computer Engineer" & a "Cybersecurity Expert".
It turns out that he flunked out of uni a decade ago but still fraudulently declared himself constantly on air to be an Engineer. He later picked up a two-bit Media degree at a Toronto community college.
For some reason, he constantly tries to own other YouTubers like Ethan Klein by pretending he worked a FT job instead of admitting that his job was churning out daily YT reaction slop. He constantly referred to being an Engineer, being a CEO, going into the office, having a team, etc.
But it seems the closest thing to having a IRL job was doing an hour or two of day trading in the morning over coffee (claiming an 80% success rate) and investing some of his YT money into buying local real estate to maybe reno & be a slumlord.
Pretty much standard jeet lies & scummy behavior. Apparently he's stopped posting YT videos for about a week after the expose dropped.
To be fair it's not just standard jeet lies & scummy behavior. It's also standard 'influencer' behavior. They're all a bunch of backstabbing, narcissistic, selfish, lying cunts with very few exceptions.
I utterly despise the reaction face thumbnail trend that so many "influencers" do. I'd block every account that does that if it didn't mean having to login to various services in the first place.
The fact "reaction content" requires reactions in the first place to even work just breeds overacting and deception for the sake of clicks and money, and none of these retards can act in the first place so their overacting is usually just the mouth agape soyface looking even more retarded than usual.
Remember those titty Youtubers who were doing this shit way back when? And were rightfully ripped apart for it? And nowadays it's normal. I miss the days when Call of Duty LetsPlayers were gaming the algorithm with fake giveaways. At least back then it was still possible to easily find great content on Youtube.
Canada being what it is now, he should try going back to university. He'll get his Engineering degree with honours putting in the same amount of effort that caused him to flunk out ten years ago.
I didn't watch the video in the OP. But I watched another streamer cover some of the drama a few days ago.
The amusing thing was that the small streamer I was watching WAS a YT hobby streamer who worked IRL as a professional video editor. He was much less offended about Mutahar's fraudulent credentials and WAY more put off by the lack of effort Mutahar put into his video production himself in his lazy slop (not shutting out natural lighting effects from windows, allowing camera blur, not reshooting takes with sloppy production quality, etc.
when it's just him buying an HD camera in an office, and rambling to it about an issue
Social media has a lot of answer for but one of the most widespread issues is how it's convince a lot of people there's an audience that wants to hear them blog about.
Next to nobody is interesting enough for that and yet the net is flooded with personal stories and tales that range from mind-numbingly boring to mundane.
Honestly, more fool you for believing a damn thing a youtuber says about their personal life or qualifications. The default assumption is they're sociopathic trainwrecks off camera, and it has a 90+% success rate.
I think Asmongold is the only one of them that's actually autistic enough to tell the truth about how he lives. I don't think he's more disgusting than the average, he's just more honest.
To be fair, I don't have a github page (besides maybe the old one I made while in university, if it still exists) because my company uses a different version control system.

So I get to stand by my initial reaction despite having zero context at the time. Tells you everything, doesn't it? 😅

Canada in a nutshell.
