In general, Indians are hyper aggressive when it comes to getting other people out of jobs and bringing in and hiring their own. A declining population means that society is stabilizing to what is an economically sustainable living standard. In a non-globohomo world, this would be healthy and empower the citizens to have greater mobility and living standards.
