There does need to be a change in WORK culture as they are getting burnt out too much. Need time that they can look forward to meeting up and starting a family than constantly in the drone cubicle.
Absolutely true, if only for the well-being of that lovely people. But Europe has a better work culture but still dreadful fertility.
A declining population means that society is stabilizing to what is an economically sustainable living standard. In a non-globohomo world, this would be healthy and empower the citizens to have greater mobility and living standards.
