Never gonna happen. Server-based and will die within this decade, possibly sooner.

If I had to guess, I'd say much earlier. I could be wrong, but this just screams "flash in the pan" to me.
Already answered by others but, aside from there being no sex, the "horse girls" are basically your standard anime girls with animal ears.
It would be like saying liking anime bunny girls or cat girls is bestiality.

I think he meant "it's about horses, fuck!" as opposed to the act of fucking them. 😄
The game is as wholesome as it gets, the Anime even more so. There's a strict "no lewd the horsegirls" rule so it will get a lot less R34 treatment than most popular things from Japan. Oh there's already lots of it, but that's how it is for everything.
There are people joking about sex with horses because I think these is some flirtatious joking, but the important thing to understand is that
A) it never goes past mildly flirtatious joking and
B) the “horses” look like this.
