We know that he can switch personas, but given the fact that he used the same name, you would expect the same persona the fact that the persona is different suggests to me that this is a different person posing as the same one - unless this is some sort of 314D chess.

I think that the fact that he's a troll is enough reason.
But people never agreed with me on that, because, of course, a moderator can just decide that someone is a troll and ban him without due process.
